I bought this stroller online thinking it would be great to throw in the car and take on shopping trips with the car seat clicking into it. Well....it's NOT so good for shopping, as it is fairly heavy and quite large! NOT the type of stroller I'd envisioned as being an easy way to tote baby around whileshopping at department stores, lol. However, it actually is billed as and meant to be a jogging stroller and for THAT purpose, I would highly recommend. It is very sturdy, has nice brakes easy to use, convenient, well made, I'm impressed by the quality. The one annoying feature is that the 'cell phone holder' does NOT accommodate my Galaxy S4, and certainly wouldn't handle larger ones, either, though one can always throw it down below in a diaper bag. This stroller is ideal for suburban lifestyle...keep in garage, take it out and walk or run around neighborhood. It can also handle trails and the beach on firmer, wetter sand. Be aware, though, that it is NOT lightweight for throwing into and taking out of car, or trying to take down stairs if one lives in an apartment or elevated home. Once on the ground and going, it's great for it's intended purpose, but get another, lighter one if you want to use it in retail stores.

Hi,
well, I know of a phone number for you to call to get a part replacement with Eddie Bauer.
If your stroller is under warranty, they will cover the tray cost, if not you will have to pay for it.
The number is 1-800-544-1108.
They will need your strollers model number, which is on a label on the stroller itself, possibly on the side of the seat interior. It should start with a 01 in the number.
Also on that label will be a 6 digit date code, they will need that as well. This may have 2 letters at the end, but those aren't needed.
When you call they will automatically ask your name, ph. number and address. The phone number is what you will use if you have to call again as your record number.

In the middle of the underneath of the pushing handle, below where the hand brake lever is there should be a button. If there is, this is what you do.
1) put the foot brake on so the rear wheels wont turn.
2) unclip the clips on the frame that allow you to adjust the height of the pushing handle, they open up, and leave them open, like this the handle you push the buggy with should slide up and down.
3) pull this handle out to its tallest position
4) Hold the handle and press the button mentioned at the start in and hold it in
5) Then quite quickly push the handle down as though you were either pushing it to lower its pushing height, or shoving it away in a temper. It needs to be a firm and quick movement.
Ta da!! After a couple of tries it should click and fold up.

if you pull up both sides of the stroller handle you will find the stroller to fold toward you.
put your hands on the handle at the sides of your stroller pull up and the stroller will fold towars you.
