I found your web site to be an essentially useless waste of my time, and was not surprised at all when you offered to sell me something, rather than addressing the problem.

Please stay out of my mailbox; Bemis is on my list of "Do Not Buy" products. Maybe others are as bad, but at least I can give them a try. I already know you guys are are useless sales pitch.

There is a sticker that comes in the owner's manual that apparently falls out frequently. I was told that the fill level is two inches below the top edge of the reservoir. I am going to mark mine with a Sharpie since stickers have a tendency to fall of when wet.
