I have an Xbox 360 and a Logitech Nascar racing E x3b12 is there a cord that will connect them?

Make sure the driver is correctly installed for the hardware. Also if for a game in the options menu should be something along the lines of controller or input, just change the input to the pedals

USB to PC is fine, make sure you have the original installation disk for it. Then you can connect the Xbox via network cable. There shouldn't be any problem as your modem can take 2 connections by the sound of it.

For Nascar the game 2014 you cannot put sponser stickers on your car using the Logitech Racing Wheel
It's not a penalty, they didn't program the game to allow what you are trying to do to happen. Just use a controller for that part of the game.

Can I play earlier versions of Nascar Racing (such as NR 1999 an NR 3) with Logitech Momo racing wheel?
If the game supports wheels, yes you should be able to use any wheel with the game, just a matter of adjusting the settings properly for it to work 100%
