My rs120 sennheiser headset arrived Monday.i charged it for 24+hours yet am not getting more that 10-15 minutes of service time. Does headset polarity matter on charger?

Hook it to the TV. That way if you play a dvd you'll hear it. Cell phones will interfere, as well as cordless phones, so there's not much to do about that.

Problem solved - had to remove ear pad to reveal screws underneath.
