I own a Bushnell Tour V2 with an oil droplet inside the optics. It interferes with both distance readings and view of numbers. Is there a repair option?

I have a Bushnell Tour V2 that has worked very well for over 8 years and it just started doing the same thing with the frozen screen and 1888 yards. Since I just replaced the battery that I bought at a Pro Shop about 6 months ago I thought the battery was fine. I looked at the battery and did not recognize the brand so I went out and bought a new Copper Top Duracell and BANG it is working again just like new.
for this you will need to send the unit into their repair at 8500 marshall drive lenexa ks 66214 4-6 week turnaround and put your name address and telephone number inside the package. if there is a cost they will send an estimate.

Bushnell will honor the warranty if the unit doesn't look like its been dropped. The warranty on these units is two years. If everything is kosher....then sent it in. They will replace it with a new one. You can go to their website and get all the service center info. They will ask that you send in 10 bucks for return shipping.
