If this is the first time you used it since they moved the power source around if may have the polarity reversed. Some units will not operate without a ground also. And yes, count the number of blinks. If continuous, I'd bet its the polarity. Should be a chart on one of the panels with trouble codes.Polarity can be reversed by unplugging the furnace. Verify you have no voltage present at the furnace. Located where the electrical whip connects to the furnace. There are usually a couple of wire nuts behind a small metal cover at the left side of furnace. Swap/switch the wires around. Where L1 and neutral were backwards, now they will be correct. Plug it back in after all is connected and safe. Test it. If that don't work, the unit should have a number of flashes and a pause, indicating a code number. Hope this helps and please work safe!
You need to have/ know the "fault code" chart for that specific furnace. Count the number of flashes and refer to chart. Look on the inside of the furnace blower door or other panel. Also look up on internet and print it off. If the furnace was allowed to run during the remodel it voids the warranty automatically. Read the installation manual.
Try resetting the electronic board by turning the power off then back on.

sounds like something is drawing down on your 12 volt supply drives or on board regulators. Try it without the drives connectged, and see if you can get the system to boot up(you'll just get a notice that your drives are unavailable, but you'll already know that, right?
got backup for your Dell?

does the furnace ignite?? your system may not have been lighting and has gone into ignition lockout count the codes of the led lights then remove panel led diagnostic codes are listed there.
if led codes indicate no problem verify capacitor is good and that mtr is getting 115 volts.

SOURCE: Coleman furnace -- fan runs, ingniter won't light,
My furnace did not have a reset switch on that particular limiter. I unpugged the switch, it had 2 wires, waited 15 seconds or so and then plugged it back in . Turned the furnace back on and the limiter reset itself.
