If the day will not change when you pull the crown out to the first position (try both directions) then pull the crown out to the second position. Advance the hands until yesterday shows in the day window. Now set the date by putting the crown in the first position and set it to yesterdays date. Now advance the hands (position 2 until the date and day change and then set the time. Done
mcdevito75 here, If your watch has a stem (winder) it is most likely 2 position, Pull out stem to first position, this should allow you to change the date, set the date at 1 number before the actuall date you want, NOW pull the stem out to set the time, rotate the hands until you have the date and time for the actuall date.

Those people who are saying ETICA watches retail for $900-$1000 might be right, but the truth is: these watches never sell for this amount of money and they actually even do not have any horological value. These watches are distributed by SWISS company named TIME CORPORATION, but in no way these watches were manufactured in Switzerland. Such a products puts shame on all SWISS watch manufacture. Movements for ETICA watches are definitely made in Far East, not sure about where the complete assembling takes place. By the SWISS rules if any one of watch parts are not of SWISS origin - watch is not original SWISS made and can not be associated with Switzerland in any way. That small gizmo is called CROWN or WINDING CROWN. It is not possible to obtain it online, so, you have to shop around for it. Find your nearest watchmakers shop and ask for replacement. You may need stem as well. Rate, please.
A watch is considered Swiss, when it is made in Switzerland (hope I spelled that right), by a Swiss Comapny, using 50% or more parts that are also Swiss. Watches made this way will have "Swiss Made" Swiss" or a similar print on the back.
If it has the lables of "Swiss movement" "Swiss Case" then it means that it is only partly swiss made, and will not have a lable listed in the first part of this solution branded on the back.
