How do I get the instructions for the Rival 5750 or 5730 Indoor Grill? Manual was available previously but no longer on the manualsonline website. I inherited this grill but have no instructions.

The Rival 5730M Smokeless Indoor Grill may have the same instructions. Something was said about adding water. Does that just go down in the pan? Is this to be used every time you grill?
