Since there are no details on what you did to display that the website is block, I do recommend that you try another browser. If it still display that is block, try turning off your anitvirus to see if it unblocks it.
It is slightly more sinister than that as the OP didn't explain very well. The site is a multilevel marketing pyramids scheme. The OP has paid his joining fee but is blocked from logging in to the site. Terms and conditions say you are locked in for 60 days with no support. This means they get 3 months fees before you can quit. Very clever scam and truly wealth 24/7 for the website creator lol ?? The contact details and owner details for the site are hidden. Hosted in the US, but run from South Africa.
