Samsung tv clicks does not turn on

TV clicks, but does not turn on. When either the main board or the main logic ctrl board are disconnected, the clicking stops, but the TV still does not turn on. All bad capacitors have been replaced.

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here.

Thank you for the information. Just for clarification, you would not think it is the power supply. Is that correct?

When you talking about a plasma TV oftentimes use the main board but plasma TV architecture can indicate that other problems can go wrong you need to count the blink code on the front of the TV and read and not Google that it will put you in a better Direction most likely it is the poppers and the Z sauce but it could also be the ask ex zuz. Again counter blinking lights on the front of the TV and report them here then I think we can help you better

What causes no video?

Does the screen light up. May need to move TV to a dark room. If so? You may have a bad logic board, And if it does not? Then you have a bad Y-sustain board. Hard to tell part numbers,as RCA no longer makes TV's. Just the name is used. It may be Samsung or LG. The logic board is the small board near the middle of the TV. About 3x5 inches. The Y-sustain is the board near the left side looking at the back of the TV. It may have one or two long boards attached to it going vertical. This may not be the exact parts you may need, but will give you an idea of what they look like. sjlj9201708b.jpg Samsung LJ92-01708B Main Logic CTRL Board shopjimmy-bn96-13069a-top.jpg Samsung BN96-13069A Y-Main Board
