HOW DO I GET INSTRUCION MANUAL THAT I CAN READ UNDERSTAND AND USE? I HAVE HAD THIS YOGA TABLET 10 FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE IT.I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND THE COMPUTER INFORMATION JUST DOES NOT COME TO ME OUT OF THE SKY. PLEASE HELP ME.

Wont Turn Off
Could be windows or perhaps a hardware problem. Yoga should still be under warranty. You should be able to get both addresses by calling

How to reset factory settings
