Why won't Samsung Grand prime download pictures?

Move all pictures, movies and music toSD card. Should free up some space. I hope this helps

The only thing I can think of is to complete a master reset.

first go for clean catchdata by key. if not working than Download correct latest file and flash with Z3X pro. OR Miracle box. your problem will be solved.

Clear up as much internal memory as you can. Put apps onto SD Card. Clear the miscellaneous files completely and clear all the cached data. That should do it.

It sounds like in the process of updating, your APN settings got corrupted.

Try resetting them:

After resetting, power off your phone and then on again.

If you are still having problems, downloading MMS photos, try turning off WiFi, then download. Some people have said this works for them. If that still doesn't do you justice, then you will have to contact Samsung Support for in depth help.

In either the Galaxy App store or the Google Play App store, download Samsung Cares app. In the app, look for contact Samsung Support. There should be several ways given to connect with them.
