If it's running well, I'd put in fresh plugs and then try to "tune" it.
With the engine running at low to mid RPM lean it out until the revs increase, and then drop. Back off on the adjust until the RPM peak, then another 1/3 turn. Run for 5 to 10 minutes. Let lool, check spark plug for desired colour.

SOURCE: what causes plark plugs to foul, they keep turning

Plugs foul for a couple reasons, engine in poor condition (worn rings - poor compression), wrong oil, wrong plugs, bad riding conditions, cheap fuel, out of tune, carb out of tune.

You are not mixing your fuel with oil are you?

You might need a carb tune up (Id start by adding some injector cleaner to the fuel according to the bottle instructions.

You might put a hotter plug in your engine, one or two range increase.

If you will go to a good auto parts store, they will probably have a chart of assorted plug conditions and their cause. The counter man may be able to make a recommendation to you.

SOURCE: is sputtering and backfiring but from carb. its

You need to clean the carb not adjust it.(unless you already have)The jet can become stoped with trash,or the float could be dealing with debris.remove the bowl clean the parts and try again to run it.Just putting cleaner in the fuel will not remove dirt, bugs, or other trash from inside carb.

SOURCE: air fuel mixture adjustment 04 honda 125 innova anf

the jetting should not be a problem, perhaps the air cleaner element is dirty or the element even if it looks ok sometimes needs a new one, the smaller motors often rely on the right intake vacumn through the filter for the carbs to work as designed

Lt1050 black smoke after 15 minutes

The black smoke and black spark plugs indicate that the engine is running very rich (ie too much fuel). This could be caused by the choke not opening fully after the engine starts and the fuel mixture is too rich OR the fuel mixture setting is opened too far.
Check the choke lever, make sure the choke is fully open when the choke is in the running position.
When the engine is running with the throttle is in the 3/4 rev position then adjust the fuel mixture to get the highest RPM.

Can you tell me about the standard adjustment for the carburetor for pulsar 200cc if how many turn thanks.

There is only one mixture screw, it is the bronze colored screw on the left hand side of the carb.
Turn left to rich the mixture, turn right to lean it. "Standard settings" is 1 1/4 to 2 1/14 rounds out from a soft seat. (depending on altitude)
I recommend learning how to read your spark plugs for the best possible mixture settings. Remove both of the plugs and check their electrodes for color.
If its more on the light brownish side your bike is running on leaner mix if its way too much black your bike is running on rich mix. So ideally it should be dark-brown(almost black but not black!).
Good luck, i hope this helps.

It's flooding how can i fix it

Basics to check:
1) Spark plug - brown or dark brown - OK
a) is it carbon or fuel fouled
b) is there spark

2) Muffler remove for inspection
a) exhaust screen clean or plugged
b) inspect cylinder wall/piston as the flywheel is slowly rotated
3) Check cylinder compression

Overfuel or 'rich' condition
Basics to check:
1) Spark plug - brown or dark brown - OK
a) is it carbon or fuel fouled
b) is there spark

2) Muffler remove for inspection
a) exhaust screen clean or plugged
b) inspect cylinder wall/piston as the flywheel is slowly rotated
3) Check Air filter for fuel saturation
4) Allow engine to run for 5 minutes remove to excess fuel from muffler
5) Fuel mixture ratio: Make sure the oil mix is per your manufactures recommendations
6) If after the above the engine is still smoking and blubbering:
Adjust carb mixture screws to a 'less rich' setting
*NOTE: only move mixture screws 1/8 of a turn at a time,
and try operation before any more adjustment

Will not start has a spark, but a lot of fuel in the muffler cleaned the screen and emptied out fuel ..do I need to add new fuel ..carb cleaner ?

Yes, add fresh fuel. You may need to crank the engine while holding the throttle at wide open and no choke to start unitll excess fuel is burnt.

Leaf blower starts and runns ok for few mins then

Target your inspection towards the 'spark arrestor screen' in the outlet of the muffler.

Chain saw starts and runs once or twice, 3rd time will not start again, spark plug wet - should i replace carburetor?

Most carburetors can be rebuilt and solve most problems, but occasionally the debris is into places where cleaning is not possible, and must be replaced. I would try some basics first though.

I have an Echo Backpack Blower PB46-LN that is leaking black oil out of the muffler, its easier to start when its cold but when its hot it difficult to start, also I dont even need to prime it to get it to...

This senerio is an 'over-rich' condition, most often caused by an improper fuel/oil ratio mix, and the 'exhaust screen' or 'spark arrestor' on the outlet of the muffler is plugged. Cleaning the screen may be all that is needed to correct the problem. **Make sure this screen is clean, and operate engine for at least 5 minutes before making any of the suggested adjustments below.

Basics to check:
1) Spark plug - brown or dark brown - OK
a) is it carbon or fuel fouled
b) is there spark

2) Muffler remove for inspection
a) exhaust screen clean or plugged
b) inspect cylinder wall/piston as the flywheel is slowly rotated

Chainsaw won't start.

Check with an auto parts supplier for the correct spark plug number. Actually, any clean plug that fits the hole will allow the engine to start, but don't start sawing until the right one is installed.Try spraying some starting fluid into the plug hole, install the plug and see if it will pop. If the H and L adjustment screws have been played with--turn both to CW stops (lightly) and back out CCW 1-1/2 turns each. This basic setting should allow the engine to run and accelerate. If this gets it running, warm up the engine, then pull the throttle full on and adjust H for high speed, but 4-stroking. It should smooth out immediately when cutting wood. Release the throttle and adjust L for smooth idle, but rich enough to allow the engine to 'follow the throttle'. Adjust idle speed so that the chain just stops moving.
