When mine does that , it just needs the "Stop/Clear" switch to be pressed a few times.
If that's not the problem, I assume you've checked the wall outlet for proper voltage. I usually plug a small desk lamp in the same outlet.
Hope this helps.

First, check to see if the circuit breaker has tripped. Then check to make sure it is firmly plugged in to the outlet. After that, it is time for a technician.

Lost power last night - now Microwave won't work - control panel is not lit - unplugged for 10 seconds and replugged in - socket has power

Hi, W/D here.

Leave unplugged for a longer time, say 5 minutes. I have done this twice on my own, and it has worked, but it took about 5 minutes.

THE MICROWAVE WAS OFF WHEN WE GOT UP..WAS FINE LAST NIGHT, NOW NO POWER, LIGHT...NOTHING

first check the power to the outlet.
plug something else (that works) into that outlet to see if it has power.

Microwave works perfectly but does not heat

Sadly your microwave has done it's last cooking. The mechanism you need to make it cook again would cost you more than a replacement microwave.

Power outage now microwave won't work

Most likely blew internal fuse. Pull the top/side cover off and check the line fuse. It should be behind the control panel in that area.

It sounds like a stuck relay or other controller problem.

I don't have the service data on this one, but there should be a schematic or tech sheet / mini-manual either on the back side, behind the controls, or somewhere else inside.

If you or someone you know can locate them and scan and e-mail or copy & fax them to me, I can probably give you further guidance.

Please feel free to contact me directly.
