You can even delete the whole account, but don't access it within 14 days, because if you do so, they keep the account "alive".
First try to delete as much as you can from the old account, so nothing can pop up after years.

Click Permanently delete [Page name], then click Delete to confirm
You also have the option to unpublish your Page so that it's only visible to people who manage the Page. If you choose to delete your Page, keep in mind that this is permanent.
If you are her friend you should be able to edit friends and delete her. You can also hit the little x on one of her posts and hit block user or block all posts by user.

Click on 'Info'
Scroll down to 'Activities and Interests'
Click on 'Edit'
Click on 'Show other pages'
