Will sony cybershot dsc w110 support sdhc card

No, the DSC-W110 does not support SDHC cards. You have to stay with Memory Stick Pro Duos.

Camera not switching on

I believe there is a lens error, usually that message appears when the lens are stuck or not working.
Turn the camera ON by pressing the "play" button (to see images only) and if the camera turns ON with no problem, then the problem lies on the lens.
you can send the camera for repair or buy a new lens set from ebay, they go for around 30 dollars, but you have to be familiarized with cameras and very careful in order to install the new lens.

hope this helps.

Hi!
E:91 is a flash error. The flash fuse on the main board or the flash board is bad. Contact your local Sony service center, but if they ask too much, you can contact me at [email protected] and I will give you a good price.
I work in Sony service center.
