SOURCE: How to adjust TIME on Alpine CDE-7856
Once you get the time blinking it is buttons 5 (hour) and 6 (min) that adjust the time.
These are channel buttons on the far right: they are green and are on the bottom edge.

that stero has a setting to flip the tape over automaticly when the tape is done. it will do this with a sensor on the drive motor for the tape deck there is really no way around this with out modification. i would sugest a good fm transmitter (walmart or best buy about $30.00)

Yep I have a solution what has happened which is common with hard drives is your file table has forgotten where the image / video files for the menu are located. I had to dissassemble my hard drive and have the data recovered. Good thing the hard drive was still working. With it apart I've now backed up the information on the drive so if I have to replace it I know how to do it now.
SOURCE: Troubleshooting on Adjusting Treble/Bass
Look in your owners manual and make sure you are turning the right knobs or pushing the right buttons once you have the adjustment screen for the bass/treble showing. It could be that they use different knobs/buttons than the volume control. If you are using the right controls, then you have a problem that only a shop can fix. You might reset by taking away all the power (acc and bu) for a couple minutes and then reconnect, but if that doesn't help then it time to go to the shop.
