Why cannot boot my htc xv6175 verizone

You will have to contact your provider for this. Some phones do not come with internet activated.

Obviously one of your applications that you installed is the problem. Your best bet is to try to hard reset or reflash your device.
To do a hard reset:

1. From the Today screen, press the left soft key to choose Start.
   
2. Select System Tools then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
   
3. Select Clear Storage then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
   
4. Select Factory Default. Enter 1234 then press the left soft key to choose YES.
   

Remove the battery while the phone is on. Hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds. Put the battery back in and press the power button. If your phone still hangs on the startup screen you may have a corrupt boot file. If your phone is still under warranty call your service provider and they will help you. If it is no longer under warranty contact HTC: 866-449-8358. I hope this helps.

take the memory card out and put the memory card in your computer and put the songs on that

reflash the firmware
