Remove verizon software from HTC Ozone

1. While inserting the battery press and hold volume down + green send key + red end key.
2. Press Volume Up to restore manufacturer default.
3. Press Volume Down to restore custom configuration.
4. Press other keys to cancel.
5. Press the down volume button to restart

You can easily unlock HTC Touch Pro2. Just insert Invalid Sim card. it will ask you for unlock code. Enter unlock code. Your Locked Touch Pro will be Unlocked and able to accept any GSM Sim card.

You should buy an unlock code from a trusted HTC unlocking service.

You will have to contact your provider for this. Some phones do not come with internet activated.

You can go to the website of the IM service and change the password, then your phone won't have the right credentials to sign in with, and your problem goes away.

Unfortunately when you flash a phone some of the features that would regularly work will not work once you flash it. but you can contact your service provider to see if they can give you a code to enter or do something on there side. Good luck!
