My laptop has been having some issues. In the last two weeks: One time it wouldn't turn any lights on(that was resolved), and then another time it wouldn't load to login screen(also resolved by taking out and putting back battery). Now, I tried to turn it on and no lights came on. I tried the static trick of taking out both power sources and holding down power button(I tried it a variation of ways, including pressing ten times then holding 30 seconds, and holding for 2 minutes)The result of this each time was the battery light and charging light come on (green), but if I press the start button, both lights go off again. I had a faulty power cord before, and replaced it with a power cord from a dead laptop(same model). Is there anything else I can try to bring life into my computer?

hi,
You said laptop is working fine if just using the battery, that means that there is nothing wrong with the battery itself. Can yu please try to connect the laptop directly to the power outlet without using the battery just for the mean time, remove the battery and connect the AC adapter directly to the power outlet then power on the laptop,if nothing happens, that means that there is something wrong with the AC adapter itself or the power port on the laptop.
Hope this will help...
