Inner Join: Evaluate the condition in the "ON" clause for all rows in the cross join result. If true return the joined row. Otherwise discard it.
Left Outer Join: Same as inner join then for any rows in the left table that did not match anything output these with NULL values for the right table columns.
Right Outer Join: Same as inner join then for any rows in the right table that did not match anything output these with NULL values for the left table columns.
Full Outer Join: Same as inner join then preserve left non matched rows as in the left outer join and write non matching rows as per right outer join.

How does my tie rod bar go back on?

I assume you already took it off? If not, unpin the cotter pin so you can r/r the outer bolt from the steering arm. Remove remove the bolt connecting the steering arm & outer ty rod end. Separate the steering arm & ty W a power hammer splitter ( or some type) loosen inner lock bolt, to keep alignment at same spec, count turns (counterclockwise) the amt of turns to complete the removal.Grease threads of new ty count clockwise turns to the same # removal took & lock the outer bolt to the steering arm and lock inner bolt too.Install a new cotter pin in outer holdown bolt & your set. You may still need an alignment unless you where counting turns already while remonig it. Good Luck Frank M

If a lead pipe 1/4in.thick has an inner diameter of 1/2in.,find the number of cubic inches of lead in a pipe 10ft.long

A pipe can be seen as two cylinders, one of "air" sitting inside the other, in this case lead.
To get the volume of a pipe you thus subtract the volume of the "air" cylinder from that of the lead cylinder.
Volume of a cylinder = area of circular cross section (or pi times square of the radius) times the height (or length) => ? * r2 * h
Volume of a pipe = Volume of cylinder 1 (outer diameter) - volume of cylinder 2 (inner diameter).

In this case; Volume of outer cylinder => inner diameter 1/2" (0.5") + pipe thickness 1/4" (0.25") = 3/4" (0.75") divided by 2 to get radius = 0.375".
3.14 (?) * 0.375 * 0.375 * 120(10 feet) = 53.01438 in3

Volume of inner cylinder => inner diameter 1/2" (0.5") divided by 2 to get radius = 0.25".
3.14 (?) * 0.25 * 0.25 * 120(10 feet) = 23.56194 in3

Volume of lead in this pipe = 53.01438 - 23.56194 = 29.45244 in3

Hope this helps ;)

Bottem pulley on engine block is making noise, I think the bearings are going out. What is this pulley attached to and can it be lubricated?

the bottom pulley is the crank pulley. It is attached to the crank shaft. It has two parts, an inner and an outer that are joined together with a rubber isolator. Over time the rubber breaks down and the inner part part of the puller will start to rotate independently from the outer part of the pulley creating a unigue clacking noise.

To solve this you'll need a standard crank pulley puller set. You'll remove the crank bolt and then use the pulley puller to pull the crank pulley off of the crank shaft. The install the new pulley making sure to torque the crank pulley bolt to the proper spec.

Yes, there is an inner tie rod end wrench, there are a few different types of wrenches available. You should be able to borrow one from one of your local parts stores. (Oreillys, Auto Zone, Napa, etc..)
