not familiar with that particular board/bios. theres typically an option in the bios (usually F2 etc) for boot devices. you'll need your USB set as a bootable device.

You'll also need a bootable USB drive with the install image (cant just copy the contents of the disc over, it wont work) Heres the MS tool: Windows USB DVD Download Tool

Does it POST? Beep after power on startup? Green LED on motherboard. Take everything off the board except for the CPU and fan. Try POST. Then add memory (verify if it is he correct memory for that board). Plug in video card, then other stuff one at a time.

not told what is on that USB drive.
not why needing any usb to boot.
I do but it has w10 installer there, and put there by MS.

Hi'' please let it boot with out RAM inserted on the board , this is a way where you can determine if *********** board is good , amd if it does so you have to change your ram a new one//

*********** board was damage, change it with new one with same specification

Please try the following

1) Switch on PC
2) Press F12, del or the ESC key to enter setup
3) Go to advanced options and then choose boot options
4) In boot options choose USB peripheral to be set as first boot device
5) Save and exit from the BIOS screen

As the PC restarts make sure the USB flash drive is plugged into the PC

You could try and swap the keyboard usb connector to another usb connector, if its a ps2 connection then check in the bios that it is enabled, it should be by default.

Also if you don't have a converter from ps2-usb go & obtain one & you should be fine, assuming your keyboards ok.

Hi, What you have to do is shut down the machine, pull the CMOS battery(CR2032) out and out and put your jumper on pins 1-2 from 2-3. Wait 30 seconds and put the battery back in. After installing the battery, put your jumper back to pins 2-3 from 1-2. This should work.
