If it is not charging you first need to make sure your charger is good. If it is not replace it, if it is then your headset batter is probably bad and you will need to replace the headset.

Can anyone from owner Motorola headset HS820 (n356) make pinout of charger? I lost charger and want resolder mUSB port instead original, so, i know voltage (5.9 DC) and need polarity of power jack.

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for; and if we knew the type of connector for the charge unit, we could probably find the power + & - pinouts. I still have a few of these power supplies laying around, and if I find one; I'll try to revisit; but to be honest; I really don't know where they are right now.

Still, it doesn't look that difficult to open up. I'm including a link to an Instructable which shows you how to do this. I've usually found that when it comes to DC, the positive is always red, the negative is usually black, and that always seems to hold true. Once you get a look see, I'm sure it's easy after that. Good luck, and be sure to rate this if you're helped by this response. Cracking Open The Motorola HS820 Bluetooth Headset

Why wont my motorola photon q phone charge or power up...no green light comes on at all

Your charge cord may fit, but it may not be configured to your phone. I just bought a new Nexus phone that has the same charge port as my older Galaxy 4s phone. The Nexus charge plug fits into the Galaxy 4s charge port with no problems but does not charge after plugged into outlet. But the older charge cord will work with the new Nexus charging wise but data transfer will not work. So you may have a charge cord that plugs into phone, but may be configured differently due to phone manufacturer. Hope this helps.

Sony Ericsson not recognising motorola n356 headset re bluetooth.

Hi,
If you have lost the pairing on your phone with the headset follow these simple steps below:
• Setting the headset into pairing mode
1) Ensure the headset is fully charged
2) The headset must be switch off
3) Press and hold the on button for +- 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue
4) The headset is now in pairing mode
• Searching for the headset on the phone
1) Go to “settings” or “connections”
2) Select Bluetooth, then options
3) Select Devices and click add
4) The phone should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found
5) Select the Motorola device and click add
6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’.
7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds.
8) If it’s a Samsung or Nokia phone you will need to “AUTHORIZE” headset on the device.
• The headset is now paired with the phone

Hope this helps
