I have a vague recollection of it being about a hobo or traveller sounds a little American. with a pop country sort of sound and a gentle voice singing. Guitar playing ... a little bit like a Ralph Mc Tell Streets of London song.. help!!!

the utility manager appears - click on the narator click stop then uncheck the boxes also so it doesn't start back up on reboot.

Girl friend had the same problem Call HP support 18004746836 you may be eligible for a new motherboard. This model has suffered a bad bios overheating the motherboard and causing these problems!! The new bios makes the fan run ALL of the time but many have damage done. They added an extra year warranty for this problem. If its under 2 years old you will most likely get a new motherboard for free!!!
