You can find all the drivers on the net but you'll have to know exactly what type of devices you have. Either you can refer to the invoice that you got when you bought the system of you can physically check by opening the system. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! To know the model no. of the devices I would go to the toshiba site and look for the config. of the system. If you have any service tag no or like that you can put that when you go on toshiba site and it would tell you the detailed config or your laptop you then can either download the drivers from that site for the appropriate OS that you want to install or you go to the device manufacturer's site and download the drivers from there.

get windows xp cd and install.
This will remove vista from your computer.
Check with customer care if you will still have the lisence of vista or its not a good idea.

Sorry to inform you that there is no full version of windows XP which is downloadable, because all the OS products of Microsoft are need a license so you need to buy a license windows XP OS, remember that their is no piracy policy.
