Why does my phone have an echo? - T-Mobile Concord

2. Open the Alexa app .
3. Select Devices .
4. Select Echo & Alexa.

echo issue- maybe the person on the other end was on speakerphone? there are times youll be hearing echos. OR
you have a sound app that has a setting with echo effect, (just a wild guess)
as for the phone shutting down- check the battery or memory is full

Echo is a symptom of poor synchronization. if the echo is from the network, the echo is from one telco handing off to another telco. if the echo is from your phone, it is a sync problem with the cordless phone to base. in the phone world, this is called "slippage" because the synchronization slips. The phone was actually connected to a wall socket (via appropriate adaptor for the adsl line). Actually try to get the reduced the volume on the handset own to the minimum which has fixed the problem.

Try making a phone call on regular analog phone.
If you have an echo you should contact your carrier
If no echo contact the store that you bought the phone from and ask for replacement of deffective unit.

How are your lines coming in to your phone system?

Generally you get an echo on VoIP lines not set up correctly.

T7316 should not give echo, as it is a digital phone.
