You have forgotten to tell us your user name/email address, date of birth, home address, bank account number, bank sort code, mothers maiden name, inside leg measurement, favourite dog and how much money is in your account so those scammers can steal it.
WHY do you even disclose what you think is your password for a bank account. Try adding a "r" at the end and if it works and you get logged in CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AND TELL NO-ONE
Sign on to what? Your computer? If you ever could "sign in" and not now, possibly your user profile became corrupted. It is not too hard to create a new user profile. My instincts are that this is not the problem, however.
Are you trying to log in to your account or some other person's account. The last user of the computer typically has their log in screen retained. Check USER ACCOUNTS on the computer via the control panel. Can anyone else log in? Has an administrator assigned a password to you computer account?
If you can not sign on because you set up a password and can not recall it, you likely would have to use a password recovery disc.

And, of course, to sign in, you use your user name and your password. If this is a home system, you may not even have a password on the system and the problem may be something else.
It would be helpful to know the computer manufacturer and model number and operating system when addressing these questions.
You must have an account to log in a Banking Service. If you don't have the required data (username, password etc) you should call by phone the Internet Assistance Service of your Bank. Only they can help you, after they follow the security procedures reuired to verify your identity..
You would need to contact Morgan Stanley and tell them you are closing the account but will pay penalities unless you have another existing IRA to roll the funds into at the bank.
To avoid tax penalties if you are younger then age 59-1/2 have the bank do a rollover to an IRA at your bank.Or have your bank contact Morgan Stanley to do a "rollover."
If you have type in your your credentials correctly and still get "invalid user name or password" probably your account had been hijacked by someone or you have not been use your account for a long time and sometime dormant account is deleted.
