So which kind of phone are you using?
If you are using an iPhone, I can help you figure it out.
Way 1: retrieve pictures from iPhone with iTunes backup file
1. Connect the iPhone to the computer with a USB cable.
2. Open iTunes.
3. If you have a new or erased iPhone, iTunes will prompt you to restore from backup.
4. Otherwise, Control-click on your iPhone under DEVICES in the left menu.
5. Select Restore From Backup...
6. Choose the backup you wish to sync and click the Restore button.

this is cause they are set to write protect ...so ...in the camera ..click on the file ..than options and remove the write /copy protection ..or in other cases its the read only checked square case..

All my pictures erased from the card without using the erase function . When I tried to look at my pictures, the message no images appeared.
You may have erased the photos by mistake. Try reading the memory card with your pc using a usb card reader to see if the images are possibly still there. Or you can go to this link (below) and use the free trial software to recover your photos.

Forgot the N70 lock code
remove your sim card and memory card, then, press #3 button,* button,call button and power on switch at the same time for about 10 seconds, then wait untill it reboot... then its done no more unlock codes.

note: this process may erase all your data such as photos,videos,contacts,msgs etc.
but this tip can remove unlock codes

When view photos, the related menu and action items are not displayed. When viewing a photo you want to erase, tap the center of the photo will case the menu to be displayed at the bottom of the screen. A trash-can icon appears on the right-hand side of the menu. Touching the trash-can brings up a two-button option -- "Delete Photo" and "Cancel". Touching "Delete Photo" will erase the photo.
