There is no such thing as a factory reset with the buttons. Just removing the battery for a few moments will do the trick. But it could be there is a real defect in your camera. Don't think hardware defects can be "ressetted". Just remove the battery, check if all contacts are clean and shiny. And when you are there, also check the contacts on the memory card. Contacts in a camera, on a battery and on memory cards, only clean them with a dry cloth or coton swabs. Please make sure your battery is still ok. The voltage outside the battery should be more than ten 3,7 Volt, printed on it. If the screen only comes back white, I think you have a defect. Not sure it is worth repairing it. You could ask a certified Kodac service centre, but be aware cameras becoming cheaper and cheaper these days. Perhaps you start saving for a new one?

try to see if you have a reset hole in the back or sides if not then try to reconect the battary or to empty the battary .

Hello. your frame has a dial on the side which makes it brighter or darker. Just turn the dial to adjust it. Regards, Joe

Sounds very strange, hope it isn't serious. Maybe try removing and replacing the batteries. Sometimes a reset helps problems like this. I have the same model.

Ur display screen can be repaired by skilled technician , i thinks its LCD enegising circuit is not working at all .

Try a manual reset. Remove the card and battery...press all the buttons...leave the camera alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on.

remove battery and or reset by inserting paperclip in reset hole near battery. try formatting the stick if this doesnt work. you will lose all saved picts so back up picts. to cpu

Removing the internal battery will clear all settings. I have done this on two different versions of the Pandigital frames (seems to be a very common issue) and it has corrected the issue instantly both times.

Good Day, try taking pictures despite no display or LCD is white, connect to PC and observe, if the picture you took can be seen on PC, then your LCD display is defective, hope this will help, thanks
