Have you checked to see if the paper is in the correct way round, most tills have a receipt turn off mode. Consult your manual to find out how to switch back on
if all you want to do is clear all totals, turn the program key to off. hold down the RECEIPT FEED button and turn the key to PROGRAM.
release the button and now you should see a line of F's. enter 8888888888 and press subtotal. this will clear all the totals and leave the program intact.

Hi. we don't have this model. it is very old now. But, it is probably similar to some of ours, so I'll give you the usual info, and it will probably work.
The first thing to do is turn the key to each mode, and press your CASH key. If the drawer opens, then that was your problem. If it doesn't, then try a flag clear:
Turn the power off at the wall. Hold the RECEIPT FEED button down while turning the power back on at the wall. Wait 5 seconds. Let go of RECEIPT FEED. You should see 'FFFFFFFFF' on the display. press SUBTOTAL. It should print out. Turn the key back to Reg mode.
