Nop is showing in the display after connecting the ST connections

where? (the dashboard is 2foot by 5feet, must i guess?)
the display? in the digital display , or is that a radio model number.
try to be more clear, say exactly where seen....

im looking in your operators guide. (nop there there)

is that the radio display or dash speedo cluster errors?
surely you know
or post a photo. all cell phones have camera/s free.
or the clock error?
the EVIC display, usually shows English simple words like "Glass"

point to an object on the dash and say xxxxx here.
or a photo with finger pointing.....

This may be due to the inverter waiting for an ST signal via buss communications.

What is the part # of the unit in question?

The inverter is recognizing that terminal 16 is going active but still waiting for another command to enable the inverter.

If using bus communications (Can, ProFi, Mod, ext), there may be a communications command (Software signal) that is not being provided. Hardware and software enable signal required to obtain LS.

Possible that the terminal on the control card is bad due to miss connection or signals outside of the rated value.

Need to enable the inverter via the ST terminal

Does the display say appl? if so, use the up arrow and go to a value of 200, then pres the enter key. Display should change to cp_on.

1 st you directly connect the lcd to system and see it is showing the display and conncet the vga cable proprly to kvm output socket.

srahim 72 , go to programme mode of KTS, when PGM nop. comes feed, 003, extenision name will be displayed, if your no. is in three digit, ie, no flexible numbering is done, check port no.

display shows #01: srahim, now press transfer to clear display, feed new name , press auto ans to save , hold to exit.

Its problen in the specifications, call to your local mobile cellular phone company to able you to connect opera mini.

Probably a short in the circuitry. I would try and check all my wiring to speakers for shorts. If you still cannot get the unit to come up you will probably need to get the AMP serviced unless your pretty good with a meter.
