might be a firewall setting either in operating system ie wndows firewall or maybe in a home router that is blocking a required tcp/ip port that ultipro needs to run.
I am wondering if you have any Info tech support at your workplace that could help you or from the software makers of ultipro
your software uses a secure tcp/ip tunnelling protocol I am guessing and this would utilise a tcp/ip port number that is unusual .
