Humminbird LCR 4 ID....I lost power cord and am trying to find out which 2 pins are the ones for the 12vdc power. There are 6 terminals but I know some of those are for temp probe. thanks, rick

1. check fuses yet, that be first. (all electrics that.)
2. scan it next to see DTC errors related to IGN COIL.????

so are you saying there is no spark on all 4 cylinders.
that be first, 1 &4 dead or 2 &3 dead. (coil pack pairs, not with wires scrambled, they most not be connected WRONG)

if only 1 pair fail we have a cure.
if all 4 die, other ,,, see?
tests matter, doing all tests on wasted spark, tells you whats up.
test with 2 spark plugs. new.
shells gounded.
1 and 4
then 2 and 3. pairs.
all 4 fail, or just 1 pair? a key fact. on all wasted spark systems.


if you scan and get DTC shows, cmp dead, ckp dead or
ignitor 1 dead, well, ???? do you>?
coil pack
if pin 2 is 0v, cranking
the fuse EF10 is blown or the pump relay open.

to fix cars like this, you need the book, the schematic,
as seen here.
the ecu fires the hidden coil pack drivers.
if one plug goes open , you lose 2 cylinders
if one HV wire goes open, same.
see?
if one HV wire shorts to ground only THAT cylinder goes dead.

pin 86 is 12vdc cranking
pin 85 , the ECU grounds this pin to send power to the coil pack.
pin 30 is obvious, 12vdc all the time.

Are you connecting this Dryer cord to the Dryer or are you looking for a wall plug with this same configuration to plug into. This is a standard double ground configuration and you can buy the wall receptacle at a hardware store. Your house should have 4 wires to this, 2 lines, a neutral, and a ground. As always the recommendation is that you have an electrician install your house receptacle. Your Dryer power cord is something you can install however. The two outside terminals on your dryer 240 volt wiring block are connected to the two outside wires on your power cord. It does not matter which wire goes to which side. Your two inside wires on the power cord are connected like this. One to the middle terminal on your 240 volt dryer terminal block and one is connected to the dryer case itself. Again it does not matter which wire goes to which ground. Make sure all of your connections are tight, as loose terminals eventually burn up. Do Not plug in your dryer power cord until everything is hooked up tight. I actually had a customer plug in his cord and then try to connect the wires to the dryer. The wires arced together and blew the terminals into molten metal which burned this customers hands and face. Do not do and electical repair unless you know what you are doing. On your cord the two straight terminals are line terminals, the round and L shaped terminals are grounds or neutrals. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists

You get a LCR 40-ID, but not a 4.D. Here is the manual for the 40-ID.

Wiring should be very straightforward, the connector on the left (looking at the back of the sounder) is the plug for the transducer, the 2 pin plug in the middle is for the power (notch in the plug cord points UP), and the 4 pin connector is for the optional speed and/or temperature sensor.
