No sound floureon dvr - TOA Electronics TOA NX100S Network Audio 2ms Minimum Delay Balanced MicLine IN with Adjustable Volume Control

Have floureon 8 channel dvr but cannot get the sound to work or the motion detection buzzer to work. it is not my wiring or cameras or microphone as all worked with the previous dvr correctly. have bought another microphone, camera and dvr compatable and linked it straight to monitor and it works. plug into floureon dvr/no sound. my previous cameras and dvr gave motion detection buzzer no probs, but no buzzer from floureon box/help
