2004 honda accord radio

Radio works fine but there is no sounds(music) playing, I thought it was the fuse, the put a brand new fuse, thought it was the speakers, installed new speakers, and what you think the problem is? Wiring to the speakers is good, I doubled checked that? Is my factory radio gone bad?if so, How can I fix that?

An issue I had with my radio was the sound not working. Some wires were touching metal this causes the sound to not work. In addition to this make sure the antenna cable is hooked up!

SOURCE: new radio installed - now dash lights don't work

Most factory stereos are wired to the dash dimmer switch. Usually if the dash lights go out after an after market stereo installation, it is because the wire that originally went to the factory stereo is not used for after market stereos. Double check the fuses and ensure the wire that controlled the lights on the factory stereo is not grounding out on something.

SOURCE: 2004 Honda Accord Radio fuse blows

There was a recall for the 03-04 Accord radio. It had faulty circuitry that caused the screen to go dim. Check with Honda to see if they'll still honor the recall.

Weird siren type sounds on the my 2006 Honda accord factory radio

Evil works in deceptive ways............. Just kidding, dude. I honestly have never heard of anything like this. Almost gotta be a wiring harness issue. If it were fuse-related, the radio would either work or not. I'm totally puzzled. Let me know when/if you figure it out. Best wishes.....

No sound radio honda accord 2004

Either radio is bad, or you have a loose connection to speakers, or poor ground connection at the radio. If a poor ground connection, the radio will intermittently not work also. Since radio continues to work, but sound does not, it is probably a bad audio circuit in the radio itself.

I have a 2000 Honda Accord. The radio works but there is no sound coming out of the speakers. One day the the speakers all crackeled and I didn't here sound again. What do I do? Is there an amp?

I had an issues where the my radio was working but no sound was coming out of the speakers. My problem was that the passenger speaker was disconected, and the wires were shorting out the radio. So I took it in to a pro installer and we put in a new speaker to the passenger door and hooked it up properly. The deck then started playing music fine.

Make sure your speakers are all connected properly, and that your wires have no cuts in the plastic that would expose the copper, causing them to short out. Also check your fuses to see if you blew any.

Hope this helps.
