Picture frame is not showing any pictures

sounds like the projection bulb went. behind computer monitors and lcd screens is a bulb that shines a light threw the screen to allow you to be able to see the image, try opening the unit to see if the bulb is on while unit is on, if not try shining a light threw the back of the screen to see if you can see the image. bulb may need to be replaced.

does the picture frame have an internal memory or accepts a memory card?

if memory card is accepted then try uploading images to the memory card and then inserting the memory card into the picture frame.

I would contact CEIVA Customer Care on their U.S. Based Customer Care line toll-free at 1-877-692-3482. And no worries - as long as you subscribe to their photo delivery service, if it is broken, they will fix the frame or repair it for free! How cool is that?

I tried .avi files and it also wouldn't play them.
It is picky on the format of the original movie file.

There should be no limits. However, please install the latest firmware on your frame and get it from www.kodak.com/go/downloads . Also, try a smaller memory card size and check if it has something to do with the card.

This can only be a bad soldered on the video module, its better to check for any bad soldered and for any fault on the resistor on the video output module.

sounds like there was a power serge.  One of the suggestions would be to make sure you use the "safely Remove Hardware" tab on the tool bar.  The USB cable actually has power that goes through the line and can damage the flash memory in the picture frame.
your one hope would be to try another USB cable. 

I am trying to regester my 7''digital photo frame, N7-202

After trying on my own, I went back into setting by scrolling along until a picto gram - with what appears to be a machine bolt is highlighted and then pressed SET - next the screen shows a bunch of chinese words (these are the different languages) then I scrolled down to the last one - until its highlighted, - this is the english one - press the set button on the side of the frame, this will bring you back to the english menu.
