Casio FR-2650PLUS Calculator Error Code

Change the number of decimal places to 3 or 4.

There is settting for the print setup for this calculator I believe if not then check the print head for build up or blockage

Follow theses steps (from Casio Support) :

First, check the batteries, and ensure there is not a paper jam in the printer.
If both are fine, then while the calculator is in the "Print" mode, press the [CA] (or [AC]) button 20 times consecutively to clear out memory buffers. Try some numerical calculations, and if the problem persists, repeat pressing the [CA] button 20 times.
If the problem still persists, then the calculator may require service

SETTING YOUR TAX RATE
you hold your set % button down for three seconds until set shows again, then hit tax rate button it shows your tax rate, change your tax rate then hit set your tax rate should be set.

I found the solution listed against a different CAsio Calculator.
It was .. Press AC, then hold 'set' for a few seconds then press 'Tax+' , input new tax rate then press 'set'. Job Done

How do I program tax rate into my calculator? Non-printing models (also applies to HR-8TE printing calculator):

1. Press [AC]
2. Hold [SET/%] key for about 2 seconds
3. Press [TAX+]
4. Input the tax rate
5. Press [SET/%]

Printing models (except HR-8TE): 1. Have calculator in ?print? mode 2. Press [CA] 3. Hold [SET/%] key for about 3 seconds 4. Input the tax rate 5. Press [TAX+] 6. Press [SET/%]

there is a little ink roller in there that should just pop out and then you can snap the new one in.
