Bios password dell E4310

the BIOS password is not set by the vendor it is usually set by the user unless pre-built otherwise.

unfortunately there is no easy way to find out your BIOS password as this affects how the machine works.

all desktops but only some laptops have a 3 pins near the BIOS chip with a jumper on it, switching it to the other two pins clears any CMOS setting including the BIOS password, but not all laptop vendors do this.

HP like to make you boot in to DOS to recover your service tag so they can provide you with a unique password for you.

Some keys on a Dell Latitude E4310 laptop are not working

I would suggest you call Dell Support and get the laptop replaced. If any of the keys are not working, it is not a good idea to manually open the key board and try to fix.
Hope this helps
Thanks
