When I try to turn on my tv it goes to standby mode. What can I do to fix this?
Sorry about that. When the tv goes bad like not turning on, the green light will blink, and goes right back to red standby light while the dtv letters will briefly show on the lower right of the tv screen, then go back to blank screen. The tv will need to be taken to an authorized service center for repair. Common causes are a bad inverter/power supply, power control board, or circuit board.

Do you mean the JVC Logo keeps appearing?
If so, call JVC for the software update. I believe it may even be posted on their site. You can check in the TV menu to verify. You should have F108 or higher.
If the update doesnt apply, you need a Digital PWB for the TV because it is defective.

Emerson lc320em9 32in hdtv. green light flashes "digital television" flashes on the screen (bottom right) then 5 sec latter goes to red light (standby mode).
