To send music from You phone using bluetooth from Your samsung to a alcatel phone is very simple. Please follow the steps below to be able to send songs from samsung bluetooth to the alcatel:
Turn on the bluetooth on the samsung,
Turn on the bluetooth on the alcatel,
Select the song You want on the samsung,
Go to the option and select send through bluetooth,
It will search for the available bluetooth device that is turned on,
Then it will see the alcatels bluetooth, it will pair the device first before it sends the song,
Once it asks for a passkey, press 1111 on both phones,
Try using the send tool. Have you paired them? Pair them, and then while selecting the ring tone, you should see something like options or something. Open that, and see if there is a send button, or a send tool. From here somewhere you should be able to select bluetooth. Please rate, and if not, reply so I may further assist you.
The bluetooth sucks i have not had any luck transfering data but i am able to pair with other phones, but it always fails to transfer. as far as the tilt for the music be glad it is off because it is way to sensitive. cant even walk right without it changing songs. i will tell you how to turn it on, but im almost certain you will turn it back off. go to SETTINGS>PHONE SETUP>(i use the volume up and down because it is easier and scroll all the way to the bottom off the page) go to GSESNOR SWITCH SONG> use you stylus and click ON then ok or back. The bluetooth is on page two of the 3 page menu. You will have to power it on.

If you have the music on your computer you can send it in a message to the phone and then open the message and apply it as "use as ring tone". Or if you have an old phone that allows you to down load it to the phone directly, then you can send it from that phone in a message to the other phone, open and apply as "ring tone".
Alot of phones you cannot send ring tones to. It because I think of the copyright. I know that I have sprint and I can't send ring tones through them with alot of phones that I have tried. It might be because of the certain provider that you have as well. There policy. But I've never been not able to not add contacts so not really sure about that one.
connect your phone to a laptop or pc using the usb cable...the phone will then show threee options....choose mass storage. this will then setup the phone so that you can see the memory avaiable on the phone under mycomputer. there will be two drives associated with the phone...the internal memory and the memory card. when you browse the drives you will see various folders...copy the media to the related folders.....hope this helps
You have the older 3120. Asking because there is an 3120 Classic too... the 3120 does not feature bluetooth or infrared, so you won't be able to send data between phones... The 3120 Classic does support bluetooth 2.0
