To reset the phone to original factory default settings dial *#7370#. If that does not help you then go to the nearest Nokia Care or some dealer who uses a box between the phone and the PC to update the firmware and get the firmware updated/reinstalled. With the box inbetween the complete firmware is deleted and reinstalled, thus removing all the virus etc and your phone becomes like new. If youdo it your self then only the corruted files are changed. It takes about half an hour to do it.
ur cell s operating system is attacked by virus ... due virus attack some operating system files have became unstable.. try giving restore factory settings... if problem persists then visit the technician and get flashed ur mobile.. b4 going technician change the message center no. and try .. by changing msg center no.to the some no. the outgoing msgs will get blocked.............
