The 'menu" button on the jumbo brings up the menu for the televisions brightness and sound settings and such as it should, but no button on the remote is capable of scrolling through the various options in the menu. I have literally tested every button on the remote to attempt to scroll through the menu, but there appears to be no possible way.
It is a common trouble with any universal remote. The only thing you can try is, to set it up with an other code to your device. Repeat this process, and check out which code give you maximum functionality, and compactness with buttons that are meant to be.
