you must turn one of ,one driver will be for Ethernet the other for wifi.right hand side connect icon right click go to network and sharing ,left hand side up top change adapter choose the one you want.as the the yellow marks its telling those drivers are missing.you need either to download them or look for your driver or motherboard disc as the drivers will be on there.

most motherboard has a package cd support for it,like the drivers...it contains all the drivers needed for you board..place it in your cd rom and install

You will need to get the drivers. These are motherboard drivers. If this is an OEM computer such as a Dell, you can get the drivers from their site. If you built the computer yourself, the motherboard manufacturer's website should have a whole section of files you can download for that model.
