I nead a vga driver of amd sepron(tm)processor 3400+
There is no answer to this question since the processor your are listing has no video of its own. What you need to find out and tell us is what motherboard this processor is installed on. There is a video chipset on the motherboard that will use a VGA driver. Typically these days there are only three major players in the video field - ATI, nVidia, and Intel.
We need the motherboard manufacturer and model number as well as the revision. Also, to get the proper driver, you need to know what Operating System the PC is running. The drivers are different for each.

If you mean for the on-board / built in graphics then it should be available on the motherboard manufactures website in the support section.If you need the graphics driver for a dedicated graphics card that was installed on to the motherboard then you need to know the make and model of the card and check the manufactures website.

If the audio is built into the motherboard, then you need to locate the manufacturer and model of the motherboard. This can be located in the manual or found somewhere written on the motherboard itself, sometimes on top of the parallel port. Once you've located this, find the manufacturer's website and they should have drivers available for download for whatever operating system you are using.
