Hi common problem, assuming you have already tried safe mode (tapping f8 during startup) and are not able to get into system restore, it looks like you have to rebuild using fixboot and fixmbr

The problem might be with your OS because many a time a the driver of your sound card is not matched with the OS as your OS is 64-bit any it might be possible that your sound driver is build for 32-bit.
So I request that you can contact your laptop vendor for assistance or can make a call to any professional laptop repairing center. Bye

Go to boot menu by pressing Boot option key while Laptop booting up and then check the the Harddrive status. If harddrive is not listing anywhere in bootmenu, unplug and plug the Harddrive again. If it will still not work, replace the Harddrive and reinstall the OS.
