Has been trying to reboot for 24hrs and still each time the laptop boots up it leads to a either a blank screen or continues to reboot
The Cause of Problem:
The Power Buttons
electrical circle sometimes just braked it by one of sensors and the
result is the 2 beeps and Power Supply is in protected mode error.
The
whole computer is turn off but the power button is turn on and this is
the nub of the matter. Because if you want turn on the computer you
can't because already turn on but just the Power button and you can't
do anything.
The solution:
You need just change the Power
Supply and don't do anything just the power cable put into the Power
Supply after turn off computer.
Finaly change back the Power Supply.

Do this unit have the features to restore using a restore disc? If yes then you have to restore it using this. It will be back to a factory setting just like when it is new. All save files and added program will be erased and deleted.
Or if it have an options for repair choose that.
Try hitting Pause when system start up so that you can read the boot options.
If not then try to boot and choose the option REPAIR from your operating system installer disc.
i think you have to check the connection cable from your HD
One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive
Test the leads that attach to your ((hard drive from the motherboard)) or replace all the leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA and the ones that attach from your ((motherboard to hard drive))
or just replace them they are probably old and faulty a computer needs its connections to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error
hope this helps
