check to see if the compressor in the back is running. This is not easy to hear has they are really quiet. If it running and its not cooling then it is low on refrigerant, if the compressor is not running then it could be a bad compressor, or the thermostat is not working or adjusted right. Thermostat is likely located inside the frig.

How do I get samsung refridgerator out of demo mode

Your refrigerator might be in Demo Mode - also called Sales Display Mode - if it displays OFF or if the lights are on but the refrigerator isn't running. How to turn off Demo Mode varies for different models. Try one of the following:

-- Unplug the refrigerator for 60 seconds and then plug it in.

-- Press and hold the HOME key and HELP key at the same time, for 5 seconds.

-- Open the refrigerator door and then press and hold the ICE PLUS/ULTRA ICE key and REFRIGERATOR TEMP key at the same time, for 5 seconds. The door must be open.

How do you transfer new refrigerant to tank

Connect fill hose ( Black hose with 2/1'' quick connector located at near the tank strip) to source tank (New R134a refrigeration tank) & make up side down. switch on the machine power switch. Press main menu key then keep pressing up or down arrow key till appear "Tank Refil" on the display screen. with "Tank refill" on screen press YES key. the message will change to ''Checking source tank" for few second then start filling refrigerant to ISV tank. press NO key to exit when you want to stop filling.
