Fail proc address

Unsupported CPU? Have you tried to reinstall windows?

1st thing you need to do is completely update your XP & also install all .NET Frameworks. This will help other software like Skype to work better with Windows.

RESTART HOLD THE KEYS CTRL+F8 and go to the section troubleshooting and fix it.

You might need to reinstall the driver or download a new copy of kernal32.dll

there are three ways to fix Failed to get proc address for get logical :
update your windows xp to service pack 3
update your window to windows 7 or windows 8
install skype version 6.6.0.106

failed get proc address GetLogicalProcessor information kernel32.dll

Skype v6.6.0.106 is the last version which supports XP SP2. If you try install newer version, you will need SP3 installed, or you will get the kernel32 problem "Failed to get proc adress for getLogicalProcessorInformation (KERNEL32.Dll)".

If you don't want to install SP3 for your XP, here is a work around for you to run Skype with XP SP2.
1. Download Skypesetupfull.exe v6.3.30.105;
2. Uninstall your current version of Skype from Control Panel;
3. Block the website download.skype.com in your router or in the
Host file;
4. Delete any auto downloaded skypesetup.msi in %Temp%
folder;
5. Install Skype v6.3.30.105.
Done.

Download kernel32.dll and copy it to Windows/system32 folder, reboot computer. it should to the trick.
