Pls recharge your airtel no: with suitable GPRS plan.Go to SETTINGS>CONNECTIVITY>DESTINATIONS>INTERNET>CHOOSE YOUR AIRTEL GPRS SETTIN>[eg:mobile office]>create packet data connection> pls edit your homepage as http://www.google.com and ACCESS POINT NAME as airtelgprs.com>AUTHENTICATION as normal>and USE ACCESS POINT AS automatically.[YOU KNOW WHY YOU CANT USE GPRS IN NIGHT.SOME TIMES YOUR ONE OF THIS SETTIN WILL BE CHANGE {use access point automaticall changes to after confirmation thats why you cannot use GPRS}]. AND IN THE MAIN WEB BROWSER >SETTINGS>GENERAL>INTERNET AS UR DEFAULT...AND IS THERE ANY PROBLEM CONNECTIN DO THE SETTING. AND IF YOU DONT CONNECT SWITCH OFF AN ON TO REFRESH YOUR PHONE

I as an Airtel customer & Student is not Satisfied with Airtel Charging money of no use. I want to complain of Charging money of no use from my Airtel sim.
On 10 Jan 2011 Airtel Charge Rs 80 & when i complain to customer care there was no return of money or any Satisfied answer. And yesterday on I recharge Rs11 sms balance and as i was sending sms Airtel charge Rs 5 & today also when i complain to customer care there no Satisfied answer.

Tray to make an emergency call like diall 112 or 911 if works it means your phone hardware (engine) or software just fine.in that case the problem are on display.usually the problem are from rubber wire (flexyble cable) that connecting between PCB (engine) with up board like screen,ear phone etc.or the screen (LCD) it self. first, tray to change the flexble cabe.I hope it helps.
yes you have airtel live serviecs which donot have any subscribition charges. It will charged only when you use the services. In airtel we also have Rs 98 plan where you can get 3GB access free after that it will charged default charges for accessing internet
call customer care 121 tell ur full name and number then clear two security checks(lasr recharge amount and mode of recharge) they will provide puk number
That is where Airtel takes us for a ride. Once you have GPRS activated then they send you the settings by am sms. These settings are for Mobile office, Airtel Live and MMS. Mobile Office is free under GPRS whatever plan you have. But for using Live and MMS you pay through your nose despite GPRS.
So, go to settings and delete the Airtel Live and MMS so thet even my mistake you do not use them. Use only Mobile Office.
