If you have Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate you can install XP mode and Windows Virtual PC on top of Windows 7 and run XP mode.Install the drivers on XP mode and you should be able to use your tablet.
Virtual PC and XP mode are available free of charge on the Microsoft web site. The site requires authentification to verify that your copy of Windows is genuine.

go back to the genius website, search for 'tablet' drivers. I installed a G-pen driver for windows 7 (doesn't seem to have the actual wizardpen driver) for a 4x3 tablet, and it worked, properly, with the pen pressure and buttons restored.
